There are four Promote related reports that inform the marketeer as to various promotional campaigns to be considered for implementation. The available reports include:
Each report offers unique information and insight into the state of your subscriber base and their needs. The purpose and content of each report are described in detail below.
In addition, each report contains links to Marketing Center and Fiber Homes. Adtran Marketing Center enables marketers to craft distinctive campaigns with ready-to-brand content built by fellow telecom marketers. It provides a library of marketing resources which can be customized for use in marketing campaigns. Fiber Homes connects broadband providers to nationwide multiple listing service (MLS) groups and/or real estate marketing systems so home buyers can find fiber-connected homes and view which providers service the neighborhood. This resource helps marketers better understand where new revenue opportunities exist.
📄️ Subscriber Behavior Report
The Subscriber Behavior report offers marketeers a view of critical statistics including Subscriber Upload Percent, the number of subscribers in each of your offered plans, and a detailed table with line items for each subscriber calling out Total Consumption (GB), Download Consumption (GB), Upload Consumption (GB), and Upload Percent.
📄️ Upgrade Candidates Report
The Upgrade Candidates report is particularly useful in identifying subscribers who are regularly maxing out their current plan and would benefit by upgrading their capacity to a faster tier of service. Be sure to include them in your next campaign for bringing awareness about alternative plan offerings that would make for a more enjoyable internet experience.

The Churn Suspects report offers marketeers a view of subscribers who are potential flight risks. The display includes a High, Medium , Medium-High and Low rankings for those subscribers who may perceive chronic performance issues with their internet experience. This report can help you drive targeted campaigns to help retain subscribers who may be considering other carriers and preserve your revenue.
📄️ Revenue Leakage Report
Over-provisioned subscribers who are paying for a lesser tier of service than they are actually using is one cause of revenue leakage. The inverse can also be true. Both conditions typically occur as a result of an order entry or provisioning mistake. The Mosaic One Revenue Leakage report offers marketeers tools to understand the potential revenue opportunity if these over or under-provisioned subscribers were to be properly billed for the actual tier of service they are getting.
