Care

The Care tool offers a view of key subscriber-centric information, including name and address, transfer rate statistics and bandwidth usage for both Mosaic and Plume users. The primary users of Care are customer service representatives and NOC technicians whose goal is to quickly find key information about a particular subscriber in order to troubleshoot issues with their service.

The Care workflow starts with searching for the subscriber. MSI search may be performed using a number of parameters (see Care Subscriber Details) and Plume search may be performed using a subscriber name. Search results will show results from two sources i.e. MSI (Billing System) by default and Plume.
